The position of Chief Financial Officer for
the Town of Dover is hereby created.

The title of Chief Financial Officer shall be
separate from the title of Town Treasurer.
The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed
by the Mayor with concurrence of the Board of Aldermen.
It shall be a requirement that the Chief Financial
Officer be certified as a municipal financial officer and hold a municipal
finance officers' certificate.[1]
