[Pursuant to the closeout agreement between the Agency and the town dated August 13, 1988, all duties and responsibilities of the Redevelopment Agency have been assumed by the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen.]

Pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law,[1] the town hereby designates the Board of Aldermen to constitute a Redevelopment Entity and shall act in accordance with the Law and shall have all of the powers set forth in the Law in order to carry out the redevelopment plan.

The Board of Aldermen, in its capacity as Redevelopment Entity for the Town of Dover, is authorized to serve as such for all future redevelopment projects as such opportunity is presented pursuant to the Law.
