Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VI except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, Schedule VI being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Trucks over three tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VI-A except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, Schedule VI-A being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall operate any commercial vehicle on any portion of Main Street on weekdays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. For the purposes of this section, a "commercial vehicle" shall be defined as any vehicle displaying a commercial license plate.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. STOP signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where YIELD signs are provided for in the designations.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule IX, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. STOP signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule X, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. YIELD signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The locations described in Schedule XI, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
A. 
The locations described in Schedule XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
B. 
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle within a designated bus stop in the Borough of Fort Lee.

No person shall make a left turn at any of the locations described in Schedule XIV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a U-turn at any of the locations described in Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn at any of the locations described in Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
All motorists shall make a right turn only at any locations described in Schedule XIV-A, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No vehicle shall be permitted to make any turn on a red signal at any of the locations described in Schedule XVI-A, attached to and made part of this chapter.

All motorists shall make a left turn only at any locations described in Schedule XVI-B, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The lane locations described in Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated.
The locations described in Schedule XVIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as crosswalks.
Vehicles shall enter/exit private property open to the public in the manner described in Schedule XIX, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the Borough will regulate the movement and parking of vehicles on all municipal and Board of Education properties described in Schedule XX, attached to and made a part of this chapter. Traffic shall move and park in these areas only as indicated.
To facilitate snow removal along major roadways, no person shall park a vehicle between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. between December 1 and March 31, on any of the streets listed in Schedule XXI, attached to and made a part of this chapter. All streets will be signed.

Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, an emergency shall exist and no vehicle shall be parked on the streets or portions of streets as described in Schedules XXI and XXII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, provided that such streets are properly posted with NO PARKING WHEN ROAD IS SNOW COVERED signs. The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
A. 
Parking of all vehicles listed below, commonly referred to as "commercial vehicles," is prohibited on any street in any residential zone within the Borough, as defined by the Borough's Tax Map, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.
(1) 
Commercial vans. For the purposes of this section, it shall be presumed that commercial vans are as follows:
(a) 
Vans without side panel windows.
(b) 
Vans without a rear seat for passengers.
(c) 
Step vans.
(2) 
Pickup trucks larger than 1/2 ton (with or without rear enclosure).
(3) 
Buses, including school buses, mini-school buses.
(4) 
Tractors.
(5) 
Tractor-trailers.
(6) 
Any trailer or truck with trailer.
(7) 
Camper vehicles and motor homes - mobile homes.
(8) 
Commuter vans or vehicles.
(9) 
Stake-body trucks.
(10) 
All dump trucks regardless of size.
(11) 
Limousines.
(12) 
All nonpassenger vehicles and/or equipment or machinery, including but not limited to construction vehicles and equipment, except for such vehicles and equipment in use at an existing work site.
B. 
Temporary visitors are exempt from this section upon notification and approval of the Police Department.
