GENERAL REFERENCES
Department of Finance — See Ch. 10.
The Director of Finance of the Borough of Gibbsboro shall be and is
hereby authorized to sign checks drawn on the Borough of Gibbsboro in the
absence of the Mayor or Treasurer, when requested by said Mayor.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:5-17b, said checks shall be signed by three
officials: the Mayor, the Borough Clerk and countersigned by the Treasurer,
or the Finance Director for Mayor or Treasurer in his or her absence.
