As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
WATER FOWL
Includes those nondomesticated species of birds commonly known as swans, geese, gulls, brants, ducks, or other types of water fowl.
It shall be unlawful for any person to feed, cause to be fed, or provide food for wild water fowl or to create any condition or allow any condition to exist which results in a threat to the health, safety or welfare of wild water fowl and migratory water fowl.
Persons found guilty of violation of this article shall be subject to the penalties in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty.
