Any person that violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties established for the violation of the Code of the Borough of Gibbsboro in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I. If the violation is continuing in nature, each day during which it continues shall constitute an additional, separate and distinct offense.
If the terms of this chapter shall be in conflict
with those of another chapter of the Code of the Borough of Gibbsboro,
then the restriction which imposes the greater limitation shall be
enforced.
