It shall be lawful on Sundays to organize or participate in
plays, games, sports, and exhibitions, provided that the peace and
quiet of the general public are not unreasonably disturbed thereby.
The Selectmen may regulate the time, manner and areas of such plays,
games, sports and exhibitions so that no unreasonable disturbance
of the peace and quiet shall be caused thereby.
It shall be lawful on Sundays to conduct any business and sell
at retail any and all products and items that are lawful to be conducted
or to be sold on any other day of the week.
It shall be lawful on Sundays to conduct motion pictures, lectures,
concerts and other similar performances, provided that no unreasonable
disturbance of the general public's peace and quiet is caused
thereby. The Selectmen may regulate the time, manner and location
of such performances.
