No person, partnership or corporation shall operate or conduct any motor
vehicle races or exhibitions of motor vehicle driving skill, of the kind commonly
known as "drag strip," nor shall any person, partnership or corporation operate
or conduct any track or other place for the holding of such motor vehicle
races or exhibitions in the Township of Hamilton.
Any person, partnership or corporation who violates or causes, suffers
or permits the violation of any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, pay a fine not exceeding $200 for each offense or be imprisoned in
the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both, in the discretion
of the Court before which such conviction shall be had. Each day that violation
is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
