A.Â
No motor vehicle or other vehicles shall be parked
on the following streets in the Village of Mays Landing, Township
of Hamilton, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, in violation
of the following provisions:
(1)Â
No parking shall be permitted on the south side of
Main Street, from the intersection of Main Street and Taylor Avenue
to the intersection of Main Street and Mill Street.
(2)Â
Parking on the south side of Main Street, from Taylor
Avenue to Old Egg Harbor Road, and on the north side of Main Street,
from the intersection of Main Street and Lenape Avenue to Old Egg
Harbor Road, shall be limited to one hour between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; except that there shall be no parking on the north
side of Main Street, from a point 110 feet east of the intersection
of Main Street and Harragut Avenue to said intersection thereof.

No parking shall be permitted on the west side of
Taylor Avenue, from Main Street to the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania
Reading Seashore Lines.
(4)Â
Parking on the east side of Taylor Avenue, from a
point 200 feet south of Main Street to the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania
Reading Seashore Lines, shall be limited to one hour. No parking shall
be permitted on the east side of Taylor Avenue, from Main Street to
a point 200 feet south of Main Street.

No parking shall be permitted on the east side of
Hanthorn Street, from Main Street to Fifth Street.
(6)Â
Parking on the west side of Hanthorn Street, from
Main Street to Fifth Street, shall be limited to one hour, except
that there shall be no parking on the west side of Hanthorn Street,
from Main Street to a point 118 feet therefrom.

No parking shall be permitted on the west side of
North Farragut Avenue, from Main Street to Second Street, nor on the
east side of Farragut Avenue, from the intersection of Main Street
and Farragut Avenue to a point 200 feet north therefrom.
(8)Â
No parking shall be permitted on the east side of
Pennington Avenue, from Main Street to the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania
Reading Seashore Lines, and on the west side of Pennington Avenue,
from the southerly curbline of Main Street to a point 135 feet therefrom.

No parking shall be permitted on the west side of
Hudson Street.
(10)Â
No parking shall be permitted on the south side
of West Second Street.
(11)Â
No parking shall be permitted on the west side
of Park Road.
(12)Â
Parking on the east side of Park Road from May
15 to September 15 of each year shall be limited to one hour.
(13)Â
No parking shall be permitted from the westerly
curbline of Mill Street on the north side of Weymouth Road for a distance
of 1,250 feet.
(14)Â
No parking shall be permitted from the westerly
side of the Wheaton Plastics Company parking lot located at Mill Street
and Weymouth Road, for a distance of 1,000 feet on the south side
of Weymouth Road, for a period longer than one hour.

No parking shall be permitted on the west side
of Mill Street, from Lenape Avenue to the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania
Reading Seashore Lines.
(16)Â
No parking shall be permitted on the east side
of Mill Street, from intersection of Routes 40 and 50 to the bridge
over the Great Egg Harbor Road, for a period longer than one hour.
(17)Â
No parking shall be permitted from May 1 through
September 30 on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays 100 feet east of Cape
May Avenue on the north side of Main Street.

Parking on East Lake Drive, Rundle Avenue and
Tunney Avenue from May 15 to September 15 shall be limited to one
hour.
(19)Â
No parking shall be permitted along both sides
of Somers Point Road, between Babcock's Creek Bridge and a point 500
feet south of the southerly curbline of Atlantic Avenue, and along
both sides of Atlantic Avenue, from the easterly curbline of the southerly
approach of Somers Point Road to a point 100 feet east thereof.

No person shall park a vehicle at anytime between
May 1 and October 31, in any year, upon the northeast and southwest
sides of Oak Street in Hamilton Township between Cologne Avenue and
Leipzig Avenue.

No parking of motor vehicles and other vehicles
shall be permitted on the south side of Third Street from its intersection
with North Farragut Avenue to a point 110 feet west of the intersection
in accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-138.

No parking of motor vehicles or any other vehicles
shall be permitted at a distance of 250 feet north along the east
side of Farragut Avenue, the distance being measured from the intersection
of Main Street and Farragut Avenue, north along the east side of Farragut
Avenue.

No parking shall be permitted on the northwesterly
side of Sears Avenue from the intersection of Sears Avenue and Rose
Boulevard along the northwesterly side of Sears Avenue to its intersection
with Reading Avenue.

No parking shall be permitted on the southeasterly
side of Cove Avenue from the intersection of Cove Avenue and Rose
Boulevard along the southeasterly side of Cove Avenue to its intersection
with Reading Avenue.

motor vehicle or other vehicles shall be parked on any of the shoulders,
curbs or areas abutting the following streets in the Township of Hamilton,
County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey:

(a)Â
On the northbound side of Old Egg Harbor Road abutting the northbound
travel lanes (heading away from Route 40) from its intersection with
Route 40 to a point 1,850 feet north of Route 40;
(b)Â
On a portion of Old Egg Harbor Road abutting the southbound lanes
(heading toward Route 40) from 300 feet north of the intersection
of Route 40 to a point 1,850 feet north of Route 40; and
(c)Â
Area as having no parking on the road to access the additional parking
area on the south side of the dirt road from the point of the roadway
edge of Old Egg Harbor Road along the length of the curbline and extending
from the end of the curbline to a point 150 feet east of the gate
post and that there be no parking on the access road to access the
additional parking area on the north side of the dirt road from a
point 56 feet east of the Old Egg Harbor Road roadway edge and extending
along the fence line to the gate post.

On the northbound and the southbound sides of Leipzig Avenue (CR
679) abutting the northbound and southbound travel lanes, starting
at a point 500 feet south of the intersection of Leipzig Avenue with
Drosera Avenue and extending a distance 1,750 feet to a point 2,250
feet south of the intersection of Leipzig Avenue with Drosera Avenue.

No parking shall be permitted on the two interior curved areas
of Tryens Drive from the apex of the curve for 60 feet in either direction.
There shall also be no parking allowed on either side of Tryens Drive
for 25 feet from each intersection with Victoria Drive.

parking shall be permitted on either side of Thirteenth Street, beginning
where Thirteenth Street abuts the westerly edge of Cape May Avenue
(Route 50) and continuing in a generally westerly direction 1,110
feet to the end point of Thirteenth Street at its intersection with
Adams Avenue. No parking shall be permitted on either side of Adams
Avenue beginning at its intersection with Thirteenth Street and continuing
to its intersection with Tanglewood Drive, a distance of 360 feet.
No parking shall be permitted on either side of Tanglewood Drive,
beginning at its intersection with Adams Avenue and traversing a distance
of 730 feet to a point on Tanglewood Drive. No parking shall be permitted
on either side of Tanglewood Drive by any trucks only. For purposes
of this section and only this section, "trucks" shall be defined as
any vehicle/truck larger than a pickup truck, beginning at a point
730 feet from the intersection of Tanglewood Drive and Adams Avenue
and traversing to the end of Tanglewood Drive at its intersection
with Park Road. All "No Parking" signs placed on all the above locations
shall be in accordance with the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform
Tracking Controlled Devices (MUTCD). Appropriate locations for signs
shall be determined in the field by Township personnel, which personnel
shall place the signs in locations most suitable for the purposes
described above. The height, placement and orientation of signs shall
be in accordance with the MUTCD. The locations of the signs, as placed
in the field by Township personnel, shall be considered final, subject
to periodic modifications from time to time to meet conditions as
they may be encountered in the future and such additional sign placement
location, relocation removal by Township personnel shall be considered
to have met the intent of this section.

No parking shall be permitted on either side of Dr. Dennis Foreman
Drive from the intersection of Route 40 to the intersection of the
Black Horse Pike between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday, or during sporting and/or special events held at the
football stadium.

No parking shall be permitted on the westerly side of Cantillon
Boulevard, beginning from Atlantic Avenue and continuing for 2,562
feet to the intersection with Oakwood Avenue. No parking shall be
permitted on the southerly side of Oakwood Boulevard, beginning from
Cantillon Boulevard and continuing for 4,577 feet to the intersection
with Babcock Road. All "No Parking" signs placed on all the above
locations shall be in accordance with the latest edition of the Manual
on Uniform Tracking Controlled Devices (MUTCD). Appropriate locations
for signs shall be determined in the field by Township personnel,
which personnel shall place the signs in locations most suitable for
the purposes described above. The height, placement and orientation

curbs, or areas abutting the following streets in the Township of
Hamilton, County of Atlantic, and State of New Jersey:

On the westerly side of Old River Road abutting the southerly edge
of Mays Landing Somers Point and continuing in a generally southerly
direction for a distance of 1,200 feet.
(b)Â
On the easterly side of Old River Road abutting the southerly edge
of Mays Landing Somers Point Road and continuing in a generally southerly
direction for a distance of 466 feet.
(c)Â
On the easterly side of Old River Road beginning 695 feet from where
Old River Road abuts to the southerly edge of Mays Landing Somers
Point Road and continuing in a generally southerly direction for a
distance of 50 feet.
(d)Â
On the easterly side of Old River Road beginning 954 feet from where
Old River Road abuts to the southerly edge of Mays Landing Somers
Point Road and continuing in a generally southerly direction for a
distance of 496 feet.

No
motor vehicle or other vehicles shall be parked on any of the shoulders,
curbs, or areas abutting the following streets in the Township of
Hamilton, County of Atlantic, and State of New Jersey:

(a)Â
No parking shall be permitted on either side of West Jersey Avenue
beginning at the point where the westerly edge of Brewster Drive intersects
with West Jersey Avenue and continuing in a generally easterly direction
to the intersection of Grand Avenue.
(b)Â
No parking shall be permitted on either side of Reega Avenue beginning
at the point where the westerly edge of Grand Avenue intersects with
Reega Avenue and continuing in a generally easterly direction to the
Township of Hamilton boundary line.
(c)Â
No parking shall be permitted on either side of Brandywine Road by
vehicles in excess of a weight greater than 9,000 pounds, beginning
at the intersection of Harding Highway and continuing the entire length
of the roadway.

All the aforesaid no-parking areas shall be
designated by the placing thereon of appropriate no-parking signs.
Any individual, partnership or corporation violating
any provision of this article, upon conviction thereof before a proper
officer having jurisdiction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding
$50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both, in
the discretion of the court hearing the same.
