[Adopted 8-6-1938 (Ch. 67, Art. II of the 1984 Code)]
No license of any kind shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic beverages within the following-described sections of the Township:
A. 
Beginning at a point in State Highway Route 46,250 feet west of the steps leading to the Independence Township Central School and extending in an easterly direction along Route 46, passing the Central School, the Methodist Episcopal Church, through the Town of Vienna to the top of the long hill known as the "Vienna Hill," a distance of 1.8 miles more or less.
B. 
Said restricted zone shall also include 1/4 mile to the north of Route 46 and 1/4 mile to the south of Route 46 the entire distance of 1.8 miles. This section covers all side streets now in existence and which may later be laid out.
