It shall be unlawful for any person to feed
or to bait bears and/or raccoons in any manner.

A.Â
People found to be violating any provisions of this
article shall be first given a written warning, which warning shall
be filed with the Township.
B.Â
For a second offense, the penalty shall be $100.
C.Â
Any subsequent violations of this article shall be
punishable by imposition of a fine not to exceed $500.
This article shall be enforced by the Health
Officer of the Township or any sanitarian in the Department of Health
and Welfare or any police officer of the Township of Jefferson.
