[Adopted 2-7-1990 by Ord. No. 1-90]
A position to be known as "Chief Financial Officer
of the Borough of Longport" is hereby created.
The duties of the Chief Financial Officer of
the Borough of Longport shall be such as shall be prescribed by N.J.S.A.
40A:9-140.1 et seq. governing the State of New Jersey.
The salary of the Chief Financial Officer of
the Borough of Longport shall be prescribed by ordinance.
