By virtue of the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:23-6.34 to 40:23-6.37,[1] the Borough of Longport is hereby authorized to execute contracts
with the County of Atlantic for the joint use by the Borough of Longport and
any other municipalities in the County of Atlantic of the necessary administrative
facilities and services of the Purchasing Agent of the County of Atlantic
which may be appropriate for the purpose of procuring certain materials, supplies
and equipment as shall be determined from time to time by said municipality
and which said municipality may otherwise lawfully purchase for itself and
in accordance with the appropriate regulations and statutory law. The furnishing
of such facilities and services of the Atlantic County Purchasing Agent shall
be without cost to the municipality involved.

The contracts referred to shall be executed by the proper municipal
officials of the Borough of Longport, who are hereby authorized to execute
the same and which said contracts shall be in accordance with the resolutions
approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Longport.
