No person or persons shall be permitted upon
the beaches of the Borough of Longport, extending from the bulkhead
erected along the oceanfront in the Borough of Longport to the Atlantic
Ocean, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. of one day and 7:00 a.m. of
the following day, prevailing time.

Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment
in the county jail not exceeding 90 days, or both, in the discretion
of the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of Longport hearing
the same.
