It shall be unlawful for the owner, owners or
person in charge of any horses or cattle to permit or allow any of
them to run or be at large in all that part of the Borough of Longport
included within the following limits: Great Egg Harbor Inlet, Twenty-ninth
Avenue, the Atlantic Ocean and the thoroughfare.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine
of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a term of not more than
90 days, or both.
