The owner or contractor shall provide in his
building plans which are submitted to the Building Subcode Official
of the Borough of Longport provisions for the installation of an approved
water meter, meter box and shutoff valve.

The water meter, meter box and shutoff valve are to be purchased
from the Borough of Longport and to be installed by the applicant.
