There shall be exactly one plenary retail distribution
license in the Township of Mansfield.
The annual fee for a plenary retail distribution
license shall be $2,500.
No licensee shall sell, deliver or allow, permit
or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage
or permit distribution of alcoholic beverages on the license premises
except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on any day of
the week.
This article shall take effect immediately upon
final adoption and publication as provided by law.
