There is hereby created the Drug and Alcohol
Municipal Alliance Committee of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights.
Said Committee shall be composed of the following
members:
A.
The Chief of Police of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights
or his or her designee.
B.
The Superintendent of Schools of the Borough of Hasbrouck
Heights or his or her designee.
C.
One member of the Borough Council to be designated
by the Council for a term of one calendar year.
D.
The Special Services Officer of the Borough of Hasbrouck
Heights.
E.
The Chairman of the Anti-Drug Council of the Borough
of Hasbrouck Heights.
F.
The Chairman of the Outreach Committee of the Borough
of Hasbrouck Heights.
G.
The officers of DARE of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights.
H.
A representative of the religious community of the
Borough of Hasbrouck Heights to be chosen by the Mayor for a term
of one calendar year.
I.
A representative of the Board of Health of the Borough
of Hasbrouck Heights to be chosen by the Mayor for a term of one calendar
year.
J.
A representative of the Parents-Teachers Association
of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights to be chosen by the Mayor for
a term of one calendar year.
K.
A private citizen of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights
to be chosen by the Mayor for a term of one calendar year.
L.
The Mayor of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights, who
shall be the Chairman of this Committee.

A.
There is hereby approved as an official finding and
record of the location of school properties in the Borough of Hasbrouck
Heights and the boundaries of those areas within 1,000 feet of the
perimeter of those several subject school properties the map of Kenneth
G. B. Job, the Borough Engineer, dated March 4, 1988, a true copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and the original
of which is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk.
B.
Henceforth, the aforesaid map shall be admissible
and shall constitute prima facie evidence of the location and boundaries
of the areas referred to in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7 in respect to school
properties for the purposes of prosecuting violations of that said
law.
