There is hereby authorized a contract for a
term of each calendar year with those municipalities represented by
the South Bergen Fire Chiefs' Mutual Aid Association to supply the
use of equipment, manpower and standby assistance to each other in
the event of a fire emergency without cost to any of them. Such annual
agreement shall be entered into only upon the recommendation of the
Chiefs of the Fire Department and only after approval thereof by resolution
of the governing body.
