[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council

The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights desires to
participate in the area of operations of the Housing Authority of
Bergen County throughout its territorial boundary and the jurisdiction
of its Mayor and Council for the purpose of alleviating the shortage
of safe and sanitary housing for low-income senior citizens.
The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights does hereby
consent to its inclusion in the area of operation of the Housing Authority
of Bergen County.
The Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to file a certified copy of this chapter with the Commissioner
of the State Department of Conservation and Economic Development and
with the Secretary of the Housing Authority of Bergen County.
