[The Borough's Personnel Manual and Drug- and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy, adopted 8-11-1998 by Ord. No. 1827, are not included in the Code of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights. Said ordinance also provided that the Borough Administrator be and is hereby authorized to amend, supplement or repeal any provisions of said Manual or Policy as may be deemed necessary, after consultation with the governing body, which such amendment, supplement or repeal shall become effective as provided therein.
