The owner or occupant of every dwelling, store
or other building which fronts or which hereafter may front upon any
of the streets or public places in the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights
shall place or cause to be placed on such dwelling, store or other
building the appropriate building numbers as assigned by the Borough
Assessor. Such numbers shall be at least two inches in height and
conspicuously placed upon or near the front of each dwelling, store
or other building so as to be visible from the street.[1]
