Any person who shall walk a dog within the Borough
of Hasbrouck Heights or who shall unlawfully allow a dog to run at
large within the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights, except in either case
upon property owned by or under the control of the owner of the dog,
shall immediately remove any and all feces deposited by such dog with
a scoop, bag, container or similar implement, return the same to the
residence of that person and dispose of it in a sanitary manner in
a covered garbage receptacle for removal with that person’s
other residential garbage. No such waste shall be deposited in the
garbage or trash of another nor in any public trash receptacle.

Any person who shall violate the terms and provisions of this article shall be subject to such penalties as are provided in Chapter 204 of this Code, entitled Penalties.
