Any individual who requests the Green Lake County
Sheriff's Department to take fingerprints for that individual, said
person shall be charged a fee for these services. Fees shall be assessed
as approved by the Judicial and Law Enforcement Committee and posted
at the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office. Fees are payable at the
time of fingerprinting.

This ordinance shall not apply to criminal cases where
the Green Lake County Sheriff's Department requires fingerprints be
taken.
