A person who intrudes upon any lot or piece of land within the bounds of the Town of Aurora, Erie County, New York, including real property belonging to the Town, without authority from the owner, except such persons as are holders of licenses and/or permits duly issued and are on property in strict pursuance of activities specified and provided by and under the Environmental Conservation Law and rules and regulations of the Department of Environmental Conservation of the State of New York, and not having been requested by the owner or lessee of such property to leave therefrom or a person who erects or occupies on such property any shelter, tent, hut, cabin or other structure whatever without such authority is guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 for each offense or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
