Each mobile food unit operating in the Town of Franklin shall be registered
with the Board of Health, and licensing shall be applied for the same.
Each vehicle shall bear the business name on both sides of the unit,
and, should the business operate and license more than one unit, each vehicle
shall be numbered accordingly with numbers no less than two inches in height,
plainly visible on both sides of the vehicle.
Each licensed unit shall conspicuously display within the unit the permit
is issued by the Board. The permit number will correspond with the outside
vehicle identification number.
All mobile food unit operators shall, at the time of permit application
and six months following, have the unit inspected at the convenience of the
inspecting authority of the Board [105 CMR 590.054 (A)].
