§ 286-1 Fees established.

A. Food establishments.

(1) High risk: $300.

(2) Medium risk: $200.

(3) Caterer: $125.

(4) Temporary food permit: $75.

(5) Charitable/Nonprofit food permit: $30.

(6) Seasonal food permit: $125.

(7) Annual mobile food permit: $125.

B. Plan review.

(1) New establishment: $200.

(2) Major remodeling: $200.

(3) Minor remodeling: $75.

(4) Change of use: $150.

(5) Change of ownership: $75.

C. Beverage bottling permit: $75.

D. Hotel/Motel permit: $100.

E. Soil/deep hole/percolation test upgrade: $200.

F. Irrigation well plan review: $100.

G. Additional inspection beyond routine inspection: $60.

H. Retail tobacconist - adult 21 entry only permit: $250.

I. All permits late fee: $75.
