No vehicle shall be driven or cause to be driven over any unprotected
hose or pipe of the Fire Department when laid down on any street or private
way or drive without the consent of the Fire Department official in command.
No vehicle shall be driven or parked on any street or private way which
would obstruct the free flow of Fire Department equipment during the extinguishment
of a fire unless authorized by the commanding officer.
