Games of chance, commonly known as "bingo" and "raffles," are hereby
authorized to be conducted within the borough; provided, however, that no
such games of chance shall be conducted on Sunday.
The conducting of bingo and raffles shall be subject to the Bingo Licensing
Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-24) and the Raffles Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-50) of the
State of New Jersey and to the rules and regulations promulgated for conducting
such games by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
