In addition to those fees which the Village of Carthage Police Department
is otherwise entitled to collect by law, the Village of Carthage Police Department
should be entitled to collect the following fees:
A.
Preparing a set of fingerprints: $10.
B.
Preparing a name search of Carthage Police Department
records, upon the consent of the individual, at the request of a prospective
employer or government agency (for each name searched): $10.
C.
Preparing, photographing, and laminating Police I.D.
cards: $10.
D.
Impounding of motor vehicles: $8 per day.
E.
Preparing and furnishing duplicate reports: as established
by the New York Freedom of Information Law, currently $0.25 per page.
