Editor's Note: Section 1 of this local law repealed certain aspects
of the Charter which were inconsistent with the provisions of the Village
Law as they relate to tax collection.
All real property taxes, delinquent taxes, fees assessed thereon, penalties,
interest, etc., shall be collected in the same manner as provided in the Village
Law of the State of New York.
Delinquent real property taxes, fees and interest and penalties shall
be turned over to the Jefferson County Treasurer for collection, in accordance
with the provisions of the Village Law and County Law.
