No person shall keep, harbor or maintain any
farm animals or poultry, including pigs, horses, cattle, chickens
or rabbits on premises within the limits of the Village of Carthage
unless same are contained in a well-fenced and otherwise restricted
area. Said animals or poultry shall not be allowed to roam freely
or at will.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 5 of this Code, except that each day the offense is continued will be considered a separate and distinct offense.
