Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 169-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
In parks no vehicle, except an authorized emergency vehicle in the actual performance of duty, shall be driven or operated in any of the Village parks of the Village of Cazenovia at a rate of speed greater than eight miles per hour.
B. 
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 169-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter, shall be as indicated in said schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 169-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter, in the areas described in said schedule, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 169-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated. No person shall drive a vehicle in a direction other than that designated by the sign postings.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 169-45), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 169-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 169-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 169-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 169-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein. No person shall enter upon or cross an intersection at which a stop sign is erected without first having brought the vehicle to a full stop at or close to the intersection. A person having stopped as directed by such a stop sign shall proceed with caution so as not to interfere with or endanger traffic.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§ 169-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein. The driver of a vehicle approaching a yield sign, if required for safety to stop, shall stop prior to entering the intersection. All drivers entering a yield intersection shall do so with caution so as not to interfere with or endanger traffic.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 169-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
