From and after the effective date of this article,
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cazenovia is hereby empowered
to determine the rates and fees for water service for the Village
of Cazenovia. Said rates and fees are to be set from time to time,
as warranted, by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
