[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cedarhurst 3-2-1964 as Secs. 13-1 and 13-3 of the 1964 Code of Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
All food establishments and dealers in food supplies must provide a covering of such suitable material to protect such foods exposed for sale from dust, flies, insects, etc., and must keep such food indoors and covered at all times, except when the covering may be temporarily removed for the purpose of handling such merchandise for sale.
