GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusement devices — See Ch. 72.

No vending machine of any kind shall be placed, installed, kept or maintained
in any open area of any establishment within the village, which establishment
is used by the public, unless there shall have been first paid to the village
an annual fee for each machine. Said annual fee shall be as set by the Board
of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of its members present at a Board
meeting.[1]
