There shall be maintained in the office of the
Bureau of Code Enforcement a record of all such examinations and inspections,
permits, certificates, together with a record of findings of violations
of the law.

All such records shall be retained, and disposed
of, in accordance with Chapter 57 of the Code of the City of Watertown.
The Code Enforcement Supervisor shall annually submit to the Secretary
of State a report of the activities of the City of Watertown relative
to the administration and enforcement of the Code. The Code Enforcement
Supervisor shall, upon request of the New York State Department of
State, provide to the New York State Department of State, from the
records and related materials the City is required to maintain, excerpts,
summaries, tabulations, statistics and other information and accounts
of the activities of the City in connection with the administration
and enforcement of the Code.
