The Town Board does hereby establish the Youth Agency of the Town of
Cornwall to be an official agency of the Town of Cornwall, which said
Agency shall consist of not more than nine nor fewer than five members to
be appointed by the Town Board and to serve at the pleasure of the Town Board,
which said appointments shall be made annually by the Town Board at the organizational
meeting thereof.
