[Adopted 9-11-1989 by L.L. No. 3-1989]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Lumber, concrete, pipe, roofing, brick, masonry and any other materials
from buildings and other structures.
The dumping of all construction and demolition material
within the Town of Cornwall is hereby prohibited.
A violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding
$10,000 for each violation. Each day or part thereof that a violation continues
shall be deemed a separate violation.
The town will have the right to seek an injunction to prevent the violation
of this article.
