The Justice Court of the Village of Dobbs Ferry
is authorized to establish a Traffic Violations Bureau to assist the
Court in the disposition of offenses in relation to traffic violations
and is further authorized to have such Bureau in charge of such person
or persons as the Court may designate and to be open and maintain
such hours as the Court may designate. Such Bureau, at the option
of the Court, shall consist of one or more persons, all in accordance
with § 370 of the General Municipal Law.
