Real property in the Town of Dover owned by one or more persons, each of whom is 65 years of age or over, or real property owned by husband and wife, one of whom is 65 years of age or over, shall continue to be exempt from taxation to the same extent and under the same conditions as provided in § 467 of the New York Real Property Tax Law and this article.

The percentage of partial exemption from real property taxation, applied to the following annual income ranges, pursuant to Subdivision 3 of § 467 of the Real Property Tax Law, shall be amended to read as follows:

B. 
Any exemption provided by this section shall be computed after all of the partial exemptions allowed by law have been subtracted from the total amount assessed.
