GENERAL REFERENCES
Fire prevention — See Ch. 46.
No person shall discharge any fireworks, firecrackers or explosive compounds within this Village unless permission therefor is first obtained from the Board of Trustees of this Village.
No person shall discharge any firearms, air guns or pellet guns within this Village.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $250 for each violation. In addition each violation of this enactment shall constitute disorderly conduct and each person violating the same shall be a disorderly person. Each day that a violation or failure to comply with any provision of this enactment or any regulation promulgated hereunder by the Board of Trustees occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
All of General Village Ordinance No. 13[1] as amended December 20, 1966, is hereby repealed; except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this chapter.
