No person shall deposit or place any refuse on or in the refuse disposal
area except during such time or times designated by the Town Board of the
Town of Farmington, which time or times shall be posted at the entrance to
the refuse disposal area and on the signboard at the Town Clerk's office.
All refuse shall be deposited in and upon the said refuse disposal area
only in such places and in such manner as shall be designated by the caretaker.
No person not a resident of or conducting an established business in
the Town of Farmington shall be permitted to deposit refuse in the refuse
disposal area unless such person is a resident of a town or village with which
town or village the Town of Farmington shall be a contractual party to an
agreement whereby use of the refuse disposal area by persons residing in or
conducting an established business in such other town or village is permitted
by the Town of Farmington.
No person operating a refuse collection business shall deposit or cause
to be deposited in the refuse disposal area any of the refuse collected in
the course or operation of such refuse collection business without the written
consent of the Town of Farmington.

The residents of each household in the Town shall have the right to
deposit refuse at the refuse disposal area upon such terms and conditions
as may be imposed by the Town and/or the Town's designee. Commercial haulers
shall have no right to use the refuse disposal area, and no person, firm or
corporation operating a refuse collection business shall deposit or cause
to be deposited in the refuse disposal area any of the refuse collected in
the course or operation of such refuse collection business.
No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited on or in the refuse
disposal area any:
A. Automobile, bus, truck or tractor or any automobile,
bus, truck or tractor body or chassis;
B. Waste papers, newspapers or magazines, unless the same
are bagged or baled or tied in bundles;
C. Tree trunks or limbs larger than six inches in diameter,
unless the same are shorter than four feet in length; or
D. Dead animals or any part or parts thereof, offal or animal
wastes.
No person shall set afire any material deposited in or upon the said
refuse disposal area.
No person shall discharge a firearm into or while upon the refuse disposal
area.
