A. 
No person shall sell at auction or engage in the business of auctioneering in the Village of Flower Hill without first having obtained a license to do so.
B. 
The license fee for auctioneering shall be as set forth in Chapter A243, Fees, Charges and Deposits.
C. 
This chapter shall not apply to sales by public officers or judicial sales.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalties, of the Code of the Village of Flower Hill.
