[Adopted 1-6-1976 as Art. II of Ch. 52 of the 1976 Code]
It shall be unlawful for any person to break, mar, injure, remove or deface any building, fence, awning, sign, traffic signal, signboard, sidewalk, tree, shrubbery, plant, flower or any other thing on the property of another or within the area of any road, street, parkway, highway, sidewalk or public place in the Village of Flower Hill, or to pile up before any door, gate or on any sidewalk, road, street, highway, parkway or other public place boxes, casks, building materials, garbage, waste or other things or to mutilate, tear down or destroy any notice or handbill lawfully posted.[1]

No person shall willfully or maliciously set fire to or assist another in setting fire to any waste or forest lands or fields or property belonging to another person, whereby such forest lands, fields or property are injured or endangered; or no person shall negligently set fire to his own woods, fields or property by means whereof the property of another is endangered or injured; or no person shall negligently suffer any fire upon his own land to extend beyond the limits thereof.[1]
