The Karsey Street Park shall be open daily to
the public from 8:00 a.m., prevailing time, to sunset. No person shall
enter upon or remain in the Karsey Street Park from sunset to 8:00
a.m., prevailing time, during which hours the Karsey Street Park is
closed, except for supervised, municipally approved activities.
A.
The posting of signs by the Borough indicating the
time which the Karsey Street Park will be open and closed are hereby
authorized.
B.
The posting of signs by the Borough along Hilton Street
and Karsey Street indicating "Playground Area" is hereby authorized.
The design and location of such signs shall conform with any rules
and/or regulations of the Chief, Bureau of Traffic Engineering of
the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
