GENERAL REFERENCES

Youth Center Reserve is to accumulate donations and bequeaths from various
groups or individual donors for projects that are related to the Youth Center
or to its related activities.
Each year the Clerk-Treasurer should transfer all Pool Reserve moneys
from the general fund to the Pool Capital Reserve for the amount received
in excess of the anticipated revenue.[1]
