A. 
Public parks owned or maintained by the Village of Hamburg shall be kept open and available for public use from sunrise to sunset daily.

B. 
Except as hereinafter provided in Subsection C, no person shall enter, use, occupy or remain in any such pubic park after sunset and before sunrise daily.

C. 
This section shall not be construed to prohibit such entry, use or occupancy during the actual conduct of a carnival, lawn fete, flea market, department inspection or similar activity by a veterans' organization, volunteer fire department, charitable or educational organization, provided that the same is being conducted with express consent of the Board of Trustees of the village.

A. 
As per Chapter 105, Alcoholic Beverages, alcohol consumption is prohibited.[1]

B. 
Skating, biking, skateboarding, ball playing and horseplay is prohibited in the following parks: Centennial Gardens (located at the corner of Main Street and Buffalo Street) and Little Park (located on Buffalo Street, across from the Palace Show). Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100 and/or up to 15 days in jail, or both.
C. 
Definitions. For purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BALL PLAYING
Any activity involving a ball of any kind or any activity involving a hackey sack.
BIKING
Any activity involving a bicycle, tricycle, motorized bicycle or other three-wheeled terrain vehicle.
HORSEPLAY
Rough, rowdy or boisterous play or behavior.
SKATEBOARDING
Any activity involving a skateboard.
SKATING
Any activity involving roller skates, roller blades or ice skates.
Any person committing an offense against any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or by a term of imprisonment of not more than 15 days, or both.

Golfing in public parks, gardens, playgrounds and recreation facilities maintained by the village is prohibited.[1]

B. 
For purposes of this section, "golfing" is defined as propelling a golf ball with a golf club or other club, bat, stick or rod, and also throwing a golf ball by hand.
Any person committing an offense against any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or by a term of imprisonment of not more than 15 days, or both.
