The Town Board of the Town of Ontario does hereby agree to confer the
benefits of Chapter 277 of the Laws of 1981, which added new § 18
to the Public Officers Law, upon the employees of the Town of Ontario, and
the Town of Ontario will be held liable for the costs incurred under the provisions
of such law.
