Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed
former Art. III, Pension Plan for Full-Time Bargaining and Administrative
Employees, adopted 12-23-1992 by Ord. No. 92-14, as amended.
The plan document entitled "Borough of Chambersburg
Retirement Plan for Full-Time Bargaining and Administrative Employees,"
originally effective July 1, 1960, as amended and restated effective
January 1, 2016, is considered an integral part of this article.[1]
